A half pint rendered from the prized internal kidney fat of our pasture-raised pigs. Mild, virtually no flavor, clean, creamy, and light.  Perfect for flaky pie crusts, biscuits, frying, and roasting. Also great for grilled cheese sandwiches!  No additives—just pure pork fat the way it used to be.
