What's in the box (4 packages, 2 chops each):

Bone-In Ribeye Chops: the pork equivalent of a beef ribeye. Rich, well-marbled, and cut thick on purpose.

Porterhouse Chops: the pork equivalent of a beef T-bone, with a loin side and a tenderloin side on one bone. Also cut thick on purpose.

Bone-In Pork Steaks: thick cut and full of flavor. They're a great value for the grill.

Boneless Breakfast Chops: our thin cut, made for lighter meals. They cook in minutes and are great on a breakfast biscuit.

The rest of the chops are thick cut on purpose, because a thick chop stays juicy and gets a real sear.
