Hamery-Cured Hickory Smoked Jowl Bacon

Jowl bacon is made from the pig's jowl or cheek. This cut contains more fat than traditional bacon, making it richer. Cured and hickory smoked in partnership with The Hamery, a Murfreesboro tradition for nearly 60 years, following curing techniques passed down since before the nation's founding. Each pack is approximately 1/2 lb (typically 6 slices).
